Night-audit dashboard for hotels. Connect the folder with your daily night-audit reports or ZIPs to see AR aging balances for any date, company reservations, AR accounts and statements, guest stays, and print guest folios. New day folders are picked up automatically.

Requirements: Daily night-audit reports saved as RTF (in folders or ZIPs). Connecting a folder needs Chrome or Edge; other browsers can add files or ZIPs. Needs an approved account.

What's new in 1.2

Home tiles: upload reports, search company reservations, AR accounts, AR balance, company balance, find guest details, create folio. Reads RTF reports from folders and ZIP files, including a folder full of daily ZIPs. Builds a database of every year on your computer, so opening any year takes about a second. AR balance by date, balance changes, AR postings, missing-date calendar and CSV exports. Guest folios in the hotel folio layout and printable account statements with invoice copies. Your reports never leave your computer: the page is blocked from sending data over the internet.
